For couriers with their own website

Bring your own website. Use our warehouses.

Logicware is the warehouse and platform behind your courier business. You don't have to switch to our portals: keep the website and systems your customers already use, and connect them with webhooks and our API.

Your customers stay yours
They sign up, track and pay on your site, under your brand.
Your data stays separate
Every courier has its own database, never shared with another courier.
You do the talking
Turn our customer emails off and only your system contacts your customers.

How it fits together

Your site stays in front of your customers. Logicware handles the warehouse and tells your system what happened.

  1. 1

A customer signs up on your site

Your site creates them through the API, and they get their US shipping address, which you show however you like.

  2. 2

    They shop and pre-alert

Pre-alerts made on your site go to the warehouse through the API, so packages are matched as soon as they arrive.

  3. 3

    Our warehouse receives the package

Your server gets a package.received webhook with the package, its weight, value and the customer it belongs to.

    package.received
  4. 4

It moves, and you hear about it

Shipped, at customs, ready for pickup, delivered: each change arrives as a package.status_changed webhook.

    package.status_changed
  5. 5

You tell your customer, your way

Email, SMS, WhatsApp or your own app. Turn our customer emails off and only you contact your customers.

Webhooks first. No polling.

You don't need to call the API on a timer to find out what changed. Logicware sends your server an event the moment something happens, with the details in the event itself. Use the API for actions, such as creating customers and pre-alerts, and for one-off lookups.

WhenYour server receives
A package arrives at the warehousepackage.received
A package changes statuspackage.status_changed
Weight, value or description is correctedpackage.updated
A pre-alert is matched or expiresprealert.matched · prealert.expired
A manifest is created, closed or reopenedmanifest.created · manifest.closed · manifest.reopened
A package can't be matched to a customerintake.unidentified · intake.unclaimed
A missing-package claim is opened or resolvedmissing_package.created · missing_package.resolved

One HTTPS endpoint receives every event. If it's down, we retry, and you can resend any delivery, so polling isn't needed as a backup either.
