Our Story
Logicware was born from a simple frustration: why is it so difficult to ship packages to Jamaica? Our founder, Marcus Thompson, spent years working in Caribbean logistics and saw firsthand how complex and expensive the process was for everyday Jamaicans.
In 2018, we opened our first warehouse in Kingston with a vision to change that. We partnered with US retailers, built our own technology platform, and created a network that brings the world to Jamaica's doorstep.
Today, we serve over 50,000 customers across all 14 parishes. From our Miami receiving hub to our warehouses in Kingston and Montego Bay, we've built the infrastructure to deliver packages quickly, safely, and affordably.
